Alongside that, a clear Japanese side with sashimi of tuna, salmon, hamachi, mackerel, octopus and langoustine. The Taste of Latem menu costs 59 euro per person, including two glasses of wine or another drink. Every month the chef composes a new seasonal menu. A recent version ran from octopus with aubergine and house-made ketchup, through teriyaki-style tataki of beef flank, to peach with citrus crumble and Catalan espuma. It is the easiest way to get to know the kitchen at Brasserie Latem, at lunch as well as dinner.

Omakase costs 69 euro per person and consists of five surprise courses, entirely guided by the chef. There is no menu card. You get whatever that day brings in terms of produce and inspiration. You eat it at our bar, watching the chef work, or at a table in the restaurant. Omakase must be booked in advance and is served per table.

Yes. Brasserie Latem has a sashimi bar and an omakase bar where the chef works in front of you. The bar is the best seat in the house if you like watching the work.
